The client required a scalable solution to address key challenges:

  • Manual processing of 3,000 annual claims caused delays and inefficiencies.

  • Workshop bills, often with 30+ line items, lacked structured part-level data.

  • The manual process of data entry hindered AI-based recommendation initiatives.

  • Classification of claims into repair bills, legal fees, and document bills added complexity, especially since only repair bills were relevant for analysis.

SOLUTION

An end-to-end automated solution was implemented using Microsoft technologies:
